Answer requests from union representatives locally and participates into the maintaining of a good working climate
回答當地工會(huì )代表的要求,并參與維持良好的工作環(huán)境
2- HR Planning
人力資源規劃
Prepares HR indicators and presentations as required by Site HR Manager
根據工廠(chǎng)人事經(jīng)理的要求準備人力資源指標和演示文稿
Defines and validates headcount / working hours needs with managers in line with local activity plan / planning
根據當地活動(dòng)計劃,與部門(mén)經(jīng)理一起定義并驗證所需的人頭數/工作時(shí)間
Liaise with Recruiting to ensure efficient selection process Identifies key skills and prepares a development plan
與招聘部門(mén)保持良好的溝通和聯(lián)系,以確保有效的篩選程序,確定關(guān)鍵技能,并制定發(fā)展計劃
Identifies key contributors and propose reward / low performers and defines action plan
識別出關(guān)鍵貢獻者,并提出獎勵方案,以及識別出低績(jì)效者并定義行動(dòng)計劃
Accompany management in defining most efficient organization
陪同管理層定義最有效的組織架構
Prepares Training plan in line with managers
與部門(mén)經(jīng)理一起準備培訓計劃
3- HR Policies
人力資源政策
Ensure proper implementation of Group values and standard of Ethics and train employees/mgrs
確保正確實(shí)施集團價(jià)值觀(guān)和道德標準,并培訓員工/經(jīng)理
Controls implementation of HR policies and Labour law requirements and train managers
控制人力資源政策和勞動(dòng)法要求的實(shí)施情況,并培訓經(jīng)理
Defines salary packages requests (Annual, Promotions,...) in line with applicable policy
根據適用的政策定義薪資結構申請(年度,晉升,......)
Participates into the preparation of new policies
參與制定新政策
4- HR Processes and payroll
人力資源流程和工資單
Controls reality of variable elements and payroll consistency in line with Payroll and Admin Assistant
與薪酬行政專(zhuān)員一起,控制可變元素與工資單一致性的實(shí)際情況
Prepares contracts, notice letters and any necessary HR documentation
準備合同、通知函和任何必要的人力資源文件

Skills 技能
