Purpose & Objectives of Position 崗位目的

Daily production support to ensure a smooth and trouble-free production, continuous process improvement for production processes, production safety, product quality and productivity. 
通過日常的生產(chǎn)支持來確保順暢和無故障的生產(chǎn)、生產(chǎn)流程的持續(xù)改進(jìn)、生產(chǎn)安全、產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量以及生產(chǎn)力的改善。

Specific Accountability具體職責(zé)
1．負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)工藝制程的制定和持續(xù)優(yōu)化，產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)文檔定義及優(yōu)化，持續(xù)提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。
Responsible for process definition, define production documents & standard, improve product quality. endless continuous optimization.

2．提高生產(chǎn)效率，制作作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書和其他生產(chǎn)文件的撰寫和修訂 
Improve the working efficiency and Create working instructions, Draft & revise production documents.

3．發(fā)起并研究任何提高生產(chǎn)力的機(jī)會(huì)， 持續(xù)改善執(zhí)行。 
initiate and investigate any opportunities to improve productivity. Continuous improvement implementation.

4．協(xié)助新產(chǎn)品新項(xiàng)目工藝的開發(fā)，優(yōu)化和固化，與新產(chǎn)品新項(xiàng)目引進(jìn)相關(guān)的項(xiàng)目任務(wù)執(zhí)行，生產(chǎn)相關(guān)資源準(zhǔn)備，實(shí)現(xiàn)新項(xiàng)目的順利實(shí)現(xiàn)。
Support to process development, optimization and solidification of new products, implementation of project tasks, preparation of production-related resources to achieve the smooth realization of new projects.

5．定義并為車間提供必要的培訓(xùn)，提高車間員工的技術(shù)和工藝知識(shí)，確保車間執(zhí)行正確。 
Define and provide the necessary training to develop the know-how of shopfloor workers and ensure shopfloor implementation correct.

6．支持日常的生產(chǎn)，解決工藝和質(zhì)量問題并提供短期和長期的解決方案。 
Support daily production, problem solving for process & quality, provide short/long-term solution

7．工程變更生產(chǎn)相關(guān)部分執(zhí)行。 
Related production implementation of engineering change.

8.領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他任務(wù)。      
 Other tasks assigned by Manager
         

Job Qualification任職資格

Education 
教育 
本科學(xué)歷及以上，機(jī)械工程類或其他相關(guān)專業(yè)
Bachelor degree or above in the mechanical engineering or equivalent 

Experience
工作經(jīng)驗(yàn) 
三年以上制造型工廠工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
3+ years working experience in  Manufacturing Companies 

Skill
技能 
1．熟練操作ERP和Office軟件。有操作ProE或CAD經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Skilled in ERP, Microsoft office。 experience with Pro E or AutoCAD

2．熟悉機(jī)械裝配工藝，對(duì)以下物料和工藝有基本認(rèn)識(shí)，如，機(jī)加工 / 鑄件 / 鈑金 / 焊接 / 壓力容器/ 密封等。 
Experience assembly process / machining / casting / metal sheet processing / welding / pressure vessel / sealing etc, 

3. 對(duì)各類閥，泵，氣動(dòng)，液壓，流體控制有相關(guān)認(rèn)識(shí)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 對(duì)各類金屬/橡膠材質(zhì)和應(yīng)用有一定認(rèn)知。
Have knowledge and experience in kinds of valve, pump, pneumatic, hydraulic, fluid control. Have a certain understanding of various metal / rubber materials and applications.

4. 具有發(fā)現(xiàn)，檢測(cè)，排除，解決機(jī)械類裝配和公差配合問題的能力。有良好動(dòng)手能力。
Ability to find, detect, eliminate, and solve problems for mechanical assembly & tolerance fit. With hands on skills.

3．很強(qiáng)的責(zé)任心、自我激勵(lì)和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作的能力。
Strong responsibilities, self-motivated and teamwork .

4．了解精益生產(chǎn).
Good knowledge with lean production.

5．英語書面表達(dá)良好
Fluent written English
