職位描述：
1. 設計、校審壓力容器及非標設備、容器、換熱器、儲罐等設備施工圖
2. 負責動(dòng)設備機械性能的選型（如泵，壓縮機，風(fēng)機，真空系統，冷水機，攪拌器，傳動(dòng)設備等）
3. 編制設備機械數據表及詢(xún)價(jià)技術(shù)文件
4. 審查供貨商返回的報價(jià)資料，參加技術(shù)澄清會(huì )議，審查技術(shù)協(xié)議，技術(shù)評標文件
5. 審查供貨商提供的設計資料，參加開(kāi)工會(huì )、設計審查會(huì )等技術(shù)會(huì )議
6. 負責設備制造過(guò)程檢查、出廠(chǎng)檢查、到廠(chǎng)檢查；完成必須的檢驗記錄
7. 負責新設備進(jìn)廠(chǎng)安裝、調試、驗收的計劃制定、采購過(guò)程、安裝進(jìn)度
8. 協(xié)助公司主要設備的驗證工作（GMP相關(guān)），保證設備符合規范的要求
9. 參與3D模型評審、從設計層面對3D的設計提供意見(jiàn)建議
10. 對項目建造、機械完工、預調試、調試提供技術(shù)支持
11. 與施工溝通協(xié)調，處理工程施工現場(chǎng)問(wèn)題和提供技術(shù)支持
12. 配合現場(chǎng)工藝，編寫(xiě)動(dòng)靜設備的操作方法和技術(shù)規程
13. 參與編寫(xiě)和實(shí)施動(dòng)靜設備檢修計劃，保障設備運行安全；參與建立設備維護保養SOP，做好設備技術(shù)資料整理；參與編制年、季、月度設備的保養計劃、設備備品的建立及采購
14. 參與公司各類(lèi)設備運行情況的檢查、記錄、考核以及日常管理工作
15. 參與項目過(guò)程中的各種協(xié)調溝通工作
16. 完成公司、部門(mén)交代的其它工作

Equipment Engineer
1. Design and review construction drawings for pressure vessels, non-standard equipment, containers, heat exchangers, vessels, and other equipment
2. In charge of mechanical data sheets and inquiry technical documents for equipment
3. Check the quotation by suppliers, participate in technical clarification, review technical protocols, and technical bidding evaluation documents
4. Review the design materials by the supplier, participate in technical meetings such as kick-off and review meetings
5. Responsible for equipment manufacturing process inspection, factory inspection, and on-site inspection; complete necessary inspection records
6. Responsible for the planning, procurement process, and installation progress of new equipment installation, commissioning, and acceptance upon arrival at the factory
7. Assist in the verification work of the company's main equipment (GMP related), ensuring that the equipment meets the requirements of the specifications
8. Participate in 3D model review and provide feedback and suggestions on 3D design from a design perspective
9. Provide technical support for project construction, mechanical completion, pre commissioning, and commissioning
10. Communicate and coordinate with construction, handle construction site issues, and provide technical support
11. Collaborate with on-site processes to write operating methods and technical specifications for dynamic and static equipment
12. Participate in writing and implementing maintenance plans for dynamic and static equipment to ensure safe operation of equipment; Participate in the establishment of equipment maintenance SOP and organize equipment technical data; Participate in the preparation of annual, quarterly, and monthly equipment maintenance plans, as well as the establishment and procurement of equipment spare parts
13. Participate in the inspection, recording, assessment, and daily management of the operation of various equipment in the company
14. Participate in various coordination and communication work during the project process
15. Complete other tasks assigned by the company


任職要求：
1. 熟悉各種化工工藝設備結構，材料的性能，熟悉壓力容器制造工藝和生產(chǎn)流程
2. 熟悉國內外設計規范和標準，包括ASME, ASTM, API, ANSI, ISO，GB，HG等，能夠熟練使用化工和設備專(zhuān)業(yè)相關(guān)設計計算軟件
3. 5年以上設備相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗，熟練使用AutoCAD和Office辦公軟件；熟悉旋轉設備(如泵，壓縮機，風(fēng)機，真空系統，冷水機，攪拌器，傳動(dòng)設備等) 的設計，制造，檢驗和驗收
4. 機械專(zhuān)業(yè)或過(guò)程裝備，本科及以上學(xué)歷
5. 具有良好的溝通能力、協(xié)調能力和團隊合作和奉獻精神，吃苦耐勞
6. 有較強分析、判斷與解決問(wèn)題的能力，關(guān)注細節
