ME Production is looking for a Superintendent for our Scrubber Service department. If you have a technical degree or technical insight and have a desire to travel, also on short notice, then this is the right job for you.
ME Production operates within several business areas: Marine gears, and exhaust gas cleaning. Furthermore, we have new systems in our pipeline, and we are again starting to experience massive growth in the exhaust gas cleaning segment. Therefore, we need strong skills to handle all the exciting new service tasks.
You can expect to become part of a competent and committed service team, where the days go by fast, and no two days are the same. The job will typically take place on a yard where installation, commissioning and service of the scrubber are only part of many tasks for the shipping line. Occasionally the jobs may be done at anchorage. Now, the primary tasks are within service. Therefore, it is important that you can stay calm in stressful situations and are able contrate on your work in situations when a lot of things are going on around you. You will be working closely with the customers representatives for some of the largest global shipping lines in the market and it will be your job to secure that their service and installation experience is unique.

具備技能:
1、 大專及以上學(xué)歷；
2、 良好的英語聽說讀寫能力，英語六級以上；
3、 電子、機械或海洋領(lǐng)域的工程服務(wù)，安裝或類似的經(jīng)驗；
4、 有船舶行業(yè)經(jīng)驗及客戶管理的經(jīng)驗；
5、 愿意經(jīng)常性出差，能吃苦耐勞，工作積極進取，認真負責(zé)；
6、 具備良好的溝通表達能力，良好的團隊精神，解決問題的能力；
7、 能夠服從上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排，主動承擔(dān)責(zé)任；
8、 需要提供中英文簡歷。
工作內(nèi)容:
1、 根據(jù)公司和部門預(yù)算做出貢獻；
2、 維護客戶關(guān)系，建立新的客戶關(guān)系；
3、 管理服務(wù)團隊并協(xié)調(diào)其他服務(wù)中心（目前指歐洲服務(wù)中心）；
4、 安排服務(wù)簡報，開具服務(wù)和備件訂單的發(fā)票；
5、 服務(wù)和備件銷售，態(tài)度積極主動；
6、 與總部服務(wù)經(jīng)理合作，全面負責(zé)維護和提高售后人員的服務(wù)；
7、 通過電子郵件、電話等方式與客戶聯(lián)系。需拜訪客戶/船廠；
