Requirements：
Be involved in daily production arrangement, make sure to achieve the on-time delivery. 
In charge of process control and process flow optimization.
Deeply involved in production EHS management.
Conduct the training and site supervision by following GMP and SOP.
Take the lead in non-conformity analysis and continuous improvement.
Be responsible for the management of operators team; 
Supervise the implementation of TPM;
Take part in the new equipment/facilities specification research.
Cost control in production process.
Keep good communication with all related dept. 
Other tasks assigned by director.

Qualification ：
Education background: Bachelor or Master, major in Food technology or Chemical engineering
Working experience: more than 8 years in manufacturing filed
English level: Fluent speaking, good writing and listening.
